Why Gym 74
Free forever
Training and keeping your food diary cost nothing and have no limit. We never cap logging sets or writing down food.
Works without a connection
Install the app on your phone. Logging sets and filling in the diary keep working in the gym or without signal, and sync as soon as you are back online.
Your plan, your food
Make your own plan or pick a standard plan from professional athletes, and build your own products and meals. Your own meals are private.
Dutch and English
The whole app and this site come in two languages.

Frequently asked questions
Is Gym 74 really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever: you can train and keep your diary without limit. Paid plans add AI features and progress photos, among other things, and raise the limits for your own plans and meals.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Logging sets and the diary work offline and sync as soon as you are back online. Searching an online source, such as a barcode, and the AI scan do need a connection.
Who sees my data?
Only you see your workouts, measurements and progress photos. Products you share are approved by a moderator first. For the AI scan your photo or description goes to an external AI provider; the app says so.
What happens if I drop back to Free?
You keep all your data. You just cannot create anything new above the Free limit, and the AI features and progress photos are unavailable until you have a paid plan again. Saved photos come back then.
How can I pay?
Paying will be built into the app later. Until then you cannot take a paid plan yourself.
