Privacy notice

What we keep

We do not keep the input of the calculator (weight, height, age, sex, activity and goal). We calculate the result, show it and email it to the address you gave.

We only keep your email address if you give consent and confirm it with the link in the email. Then we keep the address, the language, and when you gave and confirmed consent.

Why

To keep you posted about Gym 74. Nothing else, and we do not share the address with anyone.

For how long

Until you unsubscribe. A subscription you do not confirm is deleted after thirty days.

Unsubscribe and delete

Every email contains an unsubscribe link. It deletes your address straight away.

Bot detection

On the calculator we use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep robots out. Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser for this.
